I bought the chumash bunker and upgraded staff and equipment. I have my staff set to both research and manufacturing. I buy ohw for 15k. The only upgrade i dont have is security. I heard from many people raid on bunker can be extremely rare even without security upgrade. Then you’re doing it wrong. Bunker is for passive production.
